• Age Limit: Clients must be at least 18 years old to undergo treatment without parental or guardian consent.
• Health Conditions: Customers must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect your treatment.

• Number of Sessions: Laser hair removal generally requires multiple sessions to achieve optimal results. The exact number will be determined during your consultation or first appointment. 
• Session Frequency: Sessions are typically scheduled every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the hair growth cycle and the area being treated.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling to ensure the next client is not delayed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. 
• No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be subject to a no-show fee and/or loss of deposit. 

Payment Policy

• Payment Options: We accept various payment methods, including cash, E Transfer, credit/debit cards, and financing options where available.
• Deposit Requirement: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total treatment cost.

• Pre-Treatment Care: Follow any pre-treatment instructions provided by our professionals, including sun protection, shaving, and avoiding certain products. 
• Post-Treatment Care: Adhere to post-treatment guidelines to ensure proper healing and to maximize results. This may include avoiding sun exposure, swimming, and using specific skincare products for a designated period.
